Return Policy
- All sales at THE FIRST COSMETIC are final. We currently do not accept returns. Goods sold are not refundable.
- All Items are on Sale, Discounted, Clearance, BOGO, COMBO, Beauty Package, Shipping fee are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
EXCHANGE POLICY: THE FIRST COSMETIC accepts an Exchange only / or issues store credit,
For exchange, kindly refer to all the following rules :
- Exchange within 7 days with receipt of purchase,
- Item(s) must be in its original packaging, in saleable, new, unopened and unused,
- When bring the items for an exchange, All free gifts must be returned, otherwise the refund amount will be minus the value of the gift. For Skincare Set & Package , we require all contents from the original set package when exchange; partial items from a set package will not be accept for exchange.
- When customer exchanges the item(s) that is not in the original condition, opened or gently used products, The First Cosmetic charge 20% restocking fees.
- The First Cosmetic is not responsible for any additional return shipping and handling fees made.

The First Cosmetic will not offer store credit for any open, used, or damaged products. Please notify us if there are any discrepancies or issues with your order within 7 days after delivery.
