Return Policy

The First Cosmetic accepts returns and exchange and issues online store credit for unopened and non-hygienic items.

All Sale and Discounted items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

At The First Cosmetic, we do our best to ensure all our products are of the highest standard for quality. As a result, there are a few products that must be final sale for hygienic reasons. The following items are categorized as non-hygienic; We do not accept return or exchange for the following: 

  • Earrings
  • Hair & Beauty accessories
  • Face tools
  • Socks & Slippers
  • Wellness and Supplement
  • Food and Drinks
  • Mini Size
  • Special and customize order items
  • Makeup product: lipstick, lip balm, lip gloss, eyelash extension, eyeliner, eyebrow, mascara, eye shadow, BB cream, foundation, base cushion, powder, blushers, highlighter.
  • Acne spot treatment.
  • Mists spray 
  • Gift Card

The First Cosmetic accepts returns and issues online store credit for unopened and non-hygienic items, with the following rules:

  • Return/exchange requests are permitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Item(s) purchased online can be returned through online by mail or at The First Cosmetic Store.
  • Original receipt or packing slip is required for all returns and exchanges.
  • Return items must be in their original packaging, unopened and unused.
  • All Free Gifts must be returned, otherwise the refund amount will be minus the value of the gift. 
  • We require All contents from the original set package when return/exchange; partial items from a set package will not be accepted for return/exchange.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable once tracking information is generated.
  • The First Cosmetic is not responsible for any additional return shipping and handling fees made.
  • In the unlikely event of a defective product, please contact hello@thefirstcosmetic.com.
  • For purchases made in store, you can return or exchange your purchases in store only.

The First Cosmetic will not offer store credit for any open, used, or damaged products. Please notify us if there are any discrepancies or issues with your order within 7 days after delivery.
